I am Fjolla (/fiˈoʊlə/) and I am passionately curious for Construction, Architecture, and Technology.

I am a Construction Manager for Amazon, my experience focuses on design and construction. My story began when I moved to Kosovo during the war. My grandmother’s house burned, stripping her from all sense of security, belonging, and individuality. Between the emotional impact and physical destruction, this atrocity of war helped me to understand the importance of spaces and the impact they have on people. In that moment, I knew my purpose that one day I would capture the essence of spaces for people everywhere. 

I love to design and build creative spaces and enjoy the concept of revolutionizing the definition of a workspace. My strength is in design freedom, making spaces unique, functional and beautiful. I have managed many project types including co-working, residential, retail, and ground-up developments at all stages of design and execution.

I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to collaborate with other teams. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part is communicating with the clients, stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors to understand their needs and objectives.

In order to build faster, cheaper and with quality, I believe in utilizing technology. My successes include BIM coordination of over 700,000 sq/ft for WeWork spaces. My wide range of experience in Reality Capture has developed internal standards for registration point clouds. I’ve executed Digital Layout and 3D Scanning. Recently I began studying Web Developing course, a new data language that will further my skills in the 3D modeling in the cloud.
